Taylor Holstrom earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Western State College of Law. Before law school, he attended Pennsylvania State University, where he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, in Economics and in Energy, Business, and Finance. At Penn State, he also played Division I ice hockey on scholarship and was nominated for the Hobey Baker Award.
Law runs in Taylor’s family. His father, Dayn Holstrom, is the founding partner of Holstrom, Block + Parke (HBP), the parent firm of the Sandoval Legacy Group. His sister, Kristen Holstrom, is a Certified Family Law Specialist, Super Lawyer, and partner in HBP’s Corona office.
Taylor’s practice focuses on estate planning, including trusts and wills, as well as probate, spousal property petitions, Heggstad petitions, trust administration, and inheritance planning. He also concentrates on special needs trust planning, including trusts and other tools to protect government benefits from inadvertent decreases or elimination from inheritances, lawsuit settlements or awards. In addition, he represents families in conservatorships for incapacitated persons and in limited conservatorships for persons with developmental disabilities. He serves clients in our Newport Beach, Riverside, Corona, and San Diego offices.
Outside the office, Taylor enjoys time with his wife and son, hockey, golf, and hiking. He loves to travel and is always looking for new places to explore.
