Host: Dennis M. Sandoval, Managing Partner, at Sandoval Legacy Group
About the Webinar
VA Aid and Attendance is one of the most valuable — and most misunderstood — benefits available to qualifying wartime veterans and their spouses or surviving spouses.
Join Dennis M. Sandoval, a nationally recognized elder law attorney, for an in-depth discussion of this enhanced VA pension benefit and how it can significantly help offset the cost of long-term care.
Aid and Attendance benefits may be used to help pay for in-home care, assisted living, or nursing care, but eligibility often requires advanced planning, sometimes up to three years in advance. This webinar will explain who qualifies, what benefits may be available, and why early planning is critical to avoid missed opportunities or delayed approval.
Who Should Attend
- Veterans who served during a time of war and their spouses seeking help paying for in-home care
- Veterans and spouses needing financial assistance with assisted living or nursing facilities
- Adult children and family members exploring care options for aging veteran loved ones
Why Attend?
VA Aid and Attendance benefits can provide meaningful monthly financial support — but only if eligibility rules are properly met. Without the right planning, families may face unnecessary delays, denials, or lost benefits.
This webinar will give you clarity, practical guidance, and a clear understanding of your planning options.
